North of the Arctic Circle

That’s where I was the other day.

Eating lunch at our kitchen table. Looking through some of the week’s ads. When I came to this:

Arctic Circle coupon sheet

As I scanned, I commented about the occasional good deal and the few enticing items.

Then I got to this one:

Arctic Circle coupon

“Otherwise, they’re pretty squishy.”

Three bucks!

If they would have made that solid investment, they would have been sold on my proofreading services.

Too bad they didn’t know about me and hire me. Maybe you could tell them. 😯

Oh. About the title of this post. I don’t mean polar-bears-on-melting-glaciers country. I mean the Arctic Circle in Woodburn (Oregon), south of where I live.

Although I suppose if I would have been outdoors north of the penguin’s Arctic Circle, even the corn dogs not in lots of two would have been solid.
