What is the relationship between God’s Word and me? Where does it fit in my life?

It doesn’t reach the Psalm 119 level, that’s for sure. But I would like it to!

“Thy law do I love” (113).

“I will have respect unto thy statutes continually” (117).

“I love thy testimonies” (119).

“I am afraid of thy judgments” (120).

“Mine eyes fail…for the word of thy righteousness” (123).

“I love thy commandments above gold” (127).

My heart is set to do the will of God. I am determined to obey Him. By His grace, I will obey Him.

That is an expression of love for God and His Word that I can understand.

So, God, “Deal with thy servant according unto thy mercy, and teach me thy statutes” (124).
