I’ve been in a courtroom several times as an observer.

Honor for the judge was not optional for anyone. Show a lack of respect at your own peril. Beware of arguing with him. Tread softly.

People entering the courtroom know that. And are careful.

But another Judge is generally treated much more lightly.

“But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another” (Psalm 75:7).

I may not like His choices sometimes, but I must still honor Him.

I purpose to do so. I purpose not to argue with Him.

What He does is right and just.

Shall a mortal dare even mutter or mumble?
