Reading: Luke 7:18-35

What does this verse mean?

“But wisdom is justified of all her children” (35).

So short, but so full…if I could just figure it out correctly. If of were by, that might help.

Hmmm. I wonder how it’s given in my Spanish Bible (Reina-Valera 1960).

The same as KJV, except that of is by!

So now what do I think this verse might mean?

Well, the lives of those who live wisely prove the truth and value of wisdom.

Or to put it another way, my life is wisdom’s proving ground.

Proving ground is a term for a military installation or reservation where weapons or other military technology are experimented or tested, or where military tactics are tested.

God wants to use my life to test (and prove) His wisdom!

Will I allow that?

[Go your way, and tell...what things ye have seen and heard (Luke 7:22)]

from Luke 7:22

A little bit more from Luke 7: Offended in Jesus?

Surely you could add something...
