That’s the title and text for the coming Sunday School lesson.

I awoke with a smashing headache, so I’m not straining my brain much. Though I don’t know how this verse connects to the lesson title, it stands out to me:

“If thou hast done foolishly in lifting up thyself, or if thou hast thought evil, lay thine hand upon thy mouth” (Proverbs 30:32).

I need more humility.

And more pure and noble thoughts.
