I stared in disbelief at the opening of the article in World<\/i> (“Today’s News | Christian Views”).<\/p>\n

I did a quick search for more beer in the article and in the comments section.<\/p>\n

None, that I could see!<\/b><\/p>\n

I was incredulous. And nigh sick. World<\/i>?! Tony?! This is their stance?! Wow!<\/b><\/p>\n

I recently had several men from where I work over to my place, for chili, beer, and a movie. I warned them in advance about the profanity. Not mine, the movie\u2019s. The film we assembled to watch was Glengarry Glen Ross<\/em>, based on the David Mamet play. I defy anyone to find a film with more profanity per line of dialogue.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I wish I had time to respond substantively to the article and Mr. Woodlief’s premise. \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n

I don’t, so I won’t.<\/p>\n

But this morning I took the time to check again for beer<\/i> in the comments. It took 52 comments and over 24 hours, but finally someone brought beer<\/i> to the comments:<\/p>\n

Invite the guys over for beer and a profanity-laced movie?<\/div>\n

And your choice of verses is excellent also:<\/p>\n

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap”<\/span> (Galatians 6:7).<\/p>\n

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things”<\/span> (Philippians 4:8).<\/p>\n

All this gives rise to another question: Mark, where are you slipping?<\/b><\/p>\n

With what deviations from godliness have I become at peace?<\/p>\n
