After being called a sponge, I had in mind to do a blog post on the subject.<\/p>\n

I’ve lost interest.<\/p>\n

So I’ll just say a bit.<\/p>\n

  1. If I am a sponge because I “sponge off” other people, then I need to change.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  2. If I am a sponge because I tend to retain well what I hear, then maybe it’s OK to be a sponge.<\/li>\n
  3. If I am a sponge because I have to be squeezed before I’ll give to others, then I need to change.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    What is<\/b> a positive thing to being a sponge, anyway?<\/p>\n

    And should I be hurt or insulted at being branded one? I guess not. \ud83d\ude42 I’ll just take it as a compliment.<\/p>\n

    Actually, maybe you should tell me what kind of sponge you think I am. Or maybe not.<\/p>\n

    Better yet, what does a good Christian sponge do and look like?<\/p>\n
