{"id":2364,"date":"2012-03-07T07:12:11","date_gmt":"2012-03-07T15:12:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.eaf.net\/mvp\/?p=2364"},"modified":"2021-02-07T07:12:09","modified_gmt":"2021-02-07T15:12:09","slug":"ken-miller-case-motion-to-dismiss","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eaf.net\/mvp\/2012\/ken-miller-case-motion-to-dismiss\/","title":{"rendered":"Ken Miller Case: Motion to Dismiss"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A week ago today, Kenneth Miller&#8217;s legal representative filed a motion to dismiss the case against his client.<\/p>\n<p>I agree.<\/p>\n<p>However, I still am uncomfortable at <!--more--> &#8220;playing games&#8221; with whether or not Ken actually helped Lisa Miller and her daughter leave the United States.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sure that legally, it&#8217;s wise to used <i>allegedly<\/i> and its ilk.
