The Associated Press is reporting that federal prosecutors say she entered not guilty pleas.<\/p>\nLisa Miller was transferred to New York yesterday. Her arraignment in Buffalo in the Western District of New York was scheduled for 1:00 pm Eastern today. She is charged with conspiracy and international parental kidnapping. The charges carry a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. <\/p>\n

She waived her right to a detention hearing and so remains in custody. She did reserve the right to seek such a hearing in the future.<\/p>\n
