Psalm 37:1-11<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

For some reason, I awoke with old hurts and unresolved injustices rooting around in my head.<\/p>\n

And for some other reason, I ended up in Psalm 37 for my morning reading:<\/p>\n

“Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity”<\/span> (Psalm 37:1).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Instead of that, this: <\/p>\n

“Trust in the LORD…”<\/span> (Psalm 37:3).<\/p>\n

“Delight…in the LORD…”<\/span> (Psalm 37:4).<\/p>\n

“Rest in the LORD…”<\/span> (Psalm 37:7).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And when I hit verse 11…well, I latched on to it!<\/p>\n

“But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace”<\/span> (Psalm 37:11).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

No question — this encounter with this passage was well-timed. Thank you, Lord!<\/p>\n
