Proverbs 10:2-5<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Why work? Well, here’s a good reason:<\/p>\n

“He that gathereth in summer is a wise son: but he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame”<\/span> (Proverbs 6:5).<\/p>\n

Here’s a short list I put together over a decade ago (you know, in the previous millenium!):<\/p>\n

  1. Work exercises body or mind.\n<\/li>\n
  2. Work builds and fortifies character.\n<\/li>\n
  3. Work enables service.\n<\/li>\n
  4. Work makes people productive.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
