Today’s chapter concludes with one of my favorite verses:<\/p>\n
“Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification”<\/font><\/b> (Romans 4:25).<\/p>\n Jesus died because of my sin. And in His death, He “took care of” my sin. That means He washed me clean of all my sin.<\/p>\n His death has taken care of all my past sin. And it will take care of all my future sin, if I ask Him to do that.<\/p>\n That is so restful to me.<\/p>\n But one thing that isn’t restful to me is to continue failing and sinning.<\/p>\n Yeah, I know — He also continues to forgive and cleanse me.<\/p>\n But it would be nice to not continue failing and sinning<\/b>!<\/p>\n Well, according to that verse, that’s what He rose again for!<\/p>\n Yes, indeed.
