{"id":1388,"date":"2010-01-04T09:16:04","date_gmt":"2010-01-04T15:16:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eaf.net\/pantinghart\/?p=1388"},"modified":"2014-12-10T19:39:29","modified_gmt":"2014-12-11T03:39:29","slug":"faithful-unto-death","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eaf.net\/pantinghart\/2010\/faithful-unto-death\/","title":{"rendered":"Faithful Unto Death"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"animo\" style=\"width:33%\">\n<h2>I Must Tell Jesus<\/h2>\n<p><i>And his disciples came, and took up the body, and buried it, and went and told Jesus.<\/i><\/p>\n<h3>Matthew 14:12<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"lectura\" style=\"width:40%\">Reading:<\/p>\n<h3>Matthew 14:1-12<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p>This morning (as I usually do Monday mornings) I read the Scripture text that goes with the coming Sunday School lesson (as prepared by Christian Light Publications).<\/p>\n<p>Here are some of my initial questions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If God sent me to confront someone about sin, what would stop me?<\/li>\n<li>Am I still faithful to my various vows and solemn promises?<\/li>\n<li>Should I try to free myself from any rash promises I may have made?<\/li>\n<li>Where does Jesus fit in my sorrow, turmoil, distress, and\/or confusion?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I have been particularly blessed by reading the last five words in this passage.
