Just what I needed to read this morning!<\/p>\n

“The Lord hear thee in the day of trouble;
\nthe name of the God of Jacob defend thee”<\/span> (Psalm 20:1).<\/p>\n

“Send thee help from the sanctuary,
\nand strengthen thee out of Zion”<\/span> (Psalm 20:2).<\/p>\n

“Remember all thy offerings,
\nand accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah”<\/span> (Psalm 20:3).<\/p>\n

“Grant thee according to thine own heart,
\nand fulfil all thy counsel”<\/span> (Psalm 20:4).<\/p>\n

I wonder how many people will pray that for me. (No, you don’t need to feel obligated to comment below that you will.)<\/p>\n

I want to remember these verses and the hope I derive from them — I claim them as strengthening reassurance in the darkness that surrounds me.<\/p>\n
