So I finally got to Psalm 119 this morning. Would you read all 176 verses in one sitting? I didn’t.<\/p>\n

Instead, I opted to read every 29th one. (Today is the 29th of the month, you know.)<\/p>\n

Remove from me the way of lying:
\nand grant me thy law
\ngraciously.<\/p>\n

I intreated thy favour with my whole heart:
\nbe merciful unto me
\naccording to thy word.<\/p>\n

They had almost consumed me upon earth;
\nbut I forsook not thy precepts.<\/p>\n

Uphold me
\naccording unto thy word,
\nthat I may live:
\nand let me not be ashamed of my hope.<\/p>\n

I cried with my whole heart;
\nhear me, O Lord:
\nI will keep thy statutes.<\/p>\n

I have longed for thy salvation, O Lord;
\nand thy law is my delight.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
