Not much. Unimportant. Lowly. Insignificant. Not glamorous.<\/p>\n<p>Amos was in that category. He was merely a shepherd, just a herdman.<\/p>\n<p><b><font color=brown>&#8220;The words of Amos, who was among the herdmen of Tekoa&#8230;&#8221;<\/font><\/b> (Amos 1:1).<\/p>\n<p>But God saw him, and knew him, and called him, and used him. Like He did other shepherds &#8212; Joseph, Moses, David, and others.<\/p>\n<p>God sees and knows me, too. He calls me and wants to use me.
