{"id":18,"date":"2005-10-03T11:11:13","date_gmt":"2005-10-03T18:11:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eaf.net\/pantinghart\/?p=18"},"modified":"2015-01-03T06:15:05","modified_gmt":"2015-01-03T14:15:05","slug":"pssst","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eaf.net\/pantinghart\/2005\/pssst\/","title":{"rendered":"Pssst!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"bible\">&#8220;For the froward is abomination to the LORD: but his secret is with the righteous&#8221;<\/span> (Proverbs 3:32).<\/p>\n<p><strong>God takes the righteous into His confidence!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That strikes me as a good incentive for choosing righteousness today.<\/p>\n<p>Out of curiosity, I looked back a bit in Proverbs&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bible\">He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly&#8221;<\/span> (2:7). <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The All-Knowing, All-Wise One is setting aside and storing up wisdom for the righteous. And according to James 1:5, He is generous with His wisdom.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bible\">&#8220;If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s another swig of water from Proverbs 2:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bible\">&#8220;When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul; Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee: That thou mayest walk in the way of good men, and keep the paths of the righteous&#8221;<\/span> (10, 11, 20).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Choose wisdom. Choose knowledge.
