Once you’re in it, it’s hard to know when to let go of contention<\/strong>. So it’s better not to take hold of it in the first place. <\/p>\n I found the verse very apropos<\/a>.<\/p>\n It takes God’s wisdom to know when to walk away<\/strong>. God’s wisdom is there. I don’t always take it. \ud83d\ude41 But I do better than I did 10 years ago.<\/p>\n This verse reminds me of an Ain’t Complicated<\/a> blog post I’ve had in mind for months: “Discussions To Walk Away From.”<\/p>\n In other reading, this book by Lester Bauman<\/a>: My Brother’s Keeper<\/a>.<\/p>\n PS: This year I started reading through Proverbs again. (It’s been a long time.) I read half the day’s chapter early in the morning and the other half late at night. Today’s chapter is 17, naturally. It has 28 verses. So around six this morning I read verses 1-14, naturally.
