Me"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I hardly know what to write without making myself feel unduly vulnerable in print.<\/p>\n<p>So I&#8217;ll just say I&#8217;ve been feeling down lately.<\/p>\n<p>Then this morning I&#8217;m reminded that the Shepherd knows His sheep by name.<\/p>\n<p><b><font color=brown>&#8220;To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out&#8221;<\/font><\/b> (John 10:3).<\/p>\n<p>That clicks for me emotionally.<\/p>\n<p>Sure, the truths in this verse have their significant spiritual dimensions.<\/p>\n<p>But the need it speaks to at this time is emotional.<\/p>\n<p>And I am grateful.<\/p>\n<p>I hope I become restful too.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I hardly know what to write without making myself feel unduly vulnerable in print.
