If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him&#8221;<\/font><\/b> (1 John 2:15).<\/p>\n<p><b><font color=brown>&#8220;Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth&#8221;<\/font><\/b> (Colossians 3:2).<\/p>\n<p><b><font color=brown>&#8220;But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness&#8221;<\/font><\/b> (Matthew 6:33).<\/p>\n<p>Then I purpose to send my mind higher!<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This morning these two verse fragments got me to thinking. &#8220;Enemies of the cross of Christ . . . who mind earthly things&#8221; (Philippians 3:18,19).
