“Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul”<\/font><\/b> (1).<\/p>\n I think that’s worse than being in water up to my nose.<\/p>\n “Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; shame hath covered my face”<\/font><\/b> (7).<\/p>\n See?! Another dreary chapter to match my dreary mood. That’s good in this sense: it reminds me that God knows how I’m feeling.<\/p>\n And He cares. And He knows how He’s going to see me through and out of it.<\/p>\n So I (again) shall turn outward and upward.<\/p>\n “Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters”<\/font><\/b> (14).<\/p>\n “Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them”<\/font><\/b> (24).<\/p>\n No, don’t do that.<\/p>\n Bless them instead and draw them to Yourself.
