Reading: Luke 1:57-80<\/b><\/p>\n

I am so thankful to serve a promising God.<\/p>\n

And a remembering God.<\/p>\n

And a doing God.<\/p>\n

“To perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his holy covenant”<\/font><\/b> (Luke 1:72).<\/p>\n

He promised mercy, so He has been doing mercy.<\/p>\n

So much mercy!<\/p>\n

I wonder what are some mercy promises I can find quickly. (Hang on a bit while I do it.)<\/p>\n

“Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations”<\/font><\/b> (Deuteronomy 7:9).<\/p>\n

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever”<\/font><\/b> (Psalm 23:6).<\/p>\n

“Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon”<\/font><\/b> (Isaiah 55:7).<\/p>\n

God does and remembers. Always. I count on it.<\/p>\n
