Reading: Luke 7:18-35<\/b><\/p>\n

What does this verse mean?<\/p>\n

“But wisdom is justified of all her children”<\/font><\/b> (35).<\/p>\n

So short, but so full…if I could just figure it out correctly. If of<\/i> were by<\/i>, that might help.<\/p>\n

Hmmm. I wonder how it’s given in my Spanish Bible (Reina-Valera 1960).<\/p>\n

The same as KJV, except that of<\/i> is<\/u> by<\/i>!<\/p>\n

So now what do I think this verse might mean?<\/p>\n

Well, the lives of those who live wisely prove the truth and value of wisdom.<\/p>\n

Or to put it another way, my life is wisdom’s proving ground.<\/p>\n

Proving ground<\/i> is a term for a military installation or reservation where weapons or other military technology are experimented or tested, or where military tactics are tested.<\/p>\n

God wants to use my life to test (and prove) His wisdom!<\/p>\n

Will I allow that?<\/p>\n
