Even though it sure does <i>look<\/i> like defeat!<\/p>\n<p>But looks are deceiving. Sometimes. And this was one of them.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe some of the defeat I&#8217;ve been feeling will turn out to have been a God-ordained stepping stone to victory.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t know. All I can see and feel and taste right now is the stinging bitterness of defeat.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, this verse gives me hope and assurance.
