In certain circumstances and at certain times, the Lord makes all the difference for us.<\/p>\n

“If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us”<\/font><\/b> (2).<\/p>\n

When someone is against me, if God is with me, I can both endure and respond correctly. (Part of that response will include humility.)<\/p>\n

But if God is against me in that particular matter and circumstance, I better get back in line with God! (That, too, requires humility.)<\/p>\n

Either way, God makes the difference.<\/p>\n

Either way, I must be humble.<\/p>\n

Humility is hard for me. (And it’s hard on<\/i> me as well.)<\/p>\n

But I want to be humble because God resists the proud and gives His grace to the humble.<\/p>\n

And because He calls on me to walk humbly with Him.<\/p>\n

I’m glad He wants to walk with me.<\/p>\n

I’m glad He wants to give me grace.<\/p>\n
