{"id":87,"date":"2005-12-11T08:10:40","date_gmt":"2005-12-11T16:10:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eaf.net\/pantinghart\/?p=87"},"modified":"2008-07-21T15:49:32","modified_gmt":"2008-07-21T22:49:32","slug":"god-does-remember","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eaf.net\/pantinghart\/2005\/god-does-remember\/","title":{"rendered":"God Does Remember!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;No good deed goes unpunished,&#8221; proclaimed some cynic (and many after him as well).<\/p>\n<p>I know what that feels like.<\/p>\n<p>So this morning I am reassured (and reenergized? not yet, anyway) by Hebrews 6:10 . . . .<\/p>\n<p><b><font color=brown>&#8220;For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.&#8221;<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>God&#8217;s character rides on His not forgetting the service I render to His people! Just as evil is contrary to Him, so is forgetfulness of the good His people do in love. He is no more likely to forget that good than He is to sin.<\/p>\n<p>I am blessed and encouraged by that.<\/p>\n<p>And challenged, too. Challenged to serve those around me. In love. Beginning at home.
