Do You Get It?
For with God nothing shall be impossible.
Luke 1:37
Luke 1:30-38
This passage comprises the second half of the International Bible Study for this coming Sunday.
I found two “gems” for me that certainly speak to the inner turmoil with which I awoke:
“With God nothing shall be impossible” (Luke 1:37) — Have I sufficient faith to rest in that and to live by that?
“Be it unto me according to thy word” (Luke 1:38) — Do I trust God enough to yield to His unexpected ways and plans?
So often, I do not understand (nor enjoy) God’s ways, but I yield to them. (There’s a lot behind that, but I’m not going to get that personal on the Internet!)
