PrairieView Press is a publishing company. But I’m not talking about that kind of company nor that kind of publishing.

By company I have in mind just plain people, a bunch of them. By publishing, telling about something.

Like this:

“The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it” (Psalm 68:11).

We have His Word. We have His Spirit that gives us understanding of His Word.

What will I do with that information?

Politically, this world is a wreck. Despite efforts to unite it, it falls further apart. Even individual nations are coming unglued.

Morally and spiritually, this world is a catastrophe. Deception and corruption multiply. So do sadness, fear, and uselessness.

Someday, that will change.

“O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah” (Psalm 67:4).

Soon?

Meanwhile, though God doesn’t rule visibly over the nations and their affairs, let Him rule over me.

Then I can experience gladness and then I can sing for joy despite living amid a worsening catastrophic wreck.
