Reading:
Proverbs 16:1-11

I was asked a question yesterday afternoon.

I hardly knew what to say.

I hate that.

But I hate even worse to forget this:

“The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD” (1).

Hopefully, the next time I don’t know what to say, I will remember to call on the Lord for direction.

In fact, I hope I remember that even when I know what to say!

[Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues without right (Proverbs 16:8)]
from Proverbs 16:8

A little bit more from Proverbs 16: Even His Enemies

Surely you could add something...
