Anonymity in Giving

I got a bill about two weeks ago.

Most bills I get, hit on my bank account.

Not this one! And it came at the proverbial right time.

We certainly did stretch that Franklin!

Among the stuff I bought with it: vehicle fuel, chicken fuel, and people fuel.

Whoever gave us that $100 opted for anonymity.

I thought of showing you a scanned image of the enclosed note that says, “God bless you Mark.” Since I fear someone recognizing the handwriting, I won’t do that. I don’t want to ruin our benefactor’s anonymity.

If you sent me that money and that blessing, thank you very much!

I have a message to relay to you: “Thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly” (Matthew 6:4).

Oh, and here’s another one: “Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me” (Matthew 25:40).
