A Fountain of Life

The law of the wise is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.

Proverbs 13:13-25

An inheritance for my grandchildren — what will it be?

Not money, that’s for sure, nor any other kind of material wealth.

A prospering business? (See previous statement.)

A successful ministry? That’s not likely either.

A good name? Ha!

Yet there’s this:

“A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just” (Proverbs 13:22).

What am I leaving to my children and my grandchildren?

[The Scriptures say in Proverbs 13:20 -- He that walketh with wise men shall be wise]
